    Wish there was an option for 0 star. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked this company for my son's birthday party almost 2 weeks before the event. I even called before booking to confirm if it was okay to book and I got the green light. The event was set for Saturday, 2nd March at noon, I got a text from the company at 11.58pm (almost midnight) on 1st March (about 12 hours to the event) that they would not be delivering as they did not realise that I was not based in Luton (I added my address when making the booking, where it clearly stated that I lived in Bedford which is not far from Luton). I did not see the text until 7am in the morning, with just 5 hours to the event. I called the company and the guy I spoke to was so nonchalant, he didn't even care that he had just disappointed a customer. I pleaded with him that I would pay extra for delivery, and he said he would charge £60 for delivering the £70 castle I ordered and that he would call me back at 8am to confirm. Waited for the call, and kept calling from 8:30am and got no answer. No call back and no apology. Thank God for another bouncy castle company that saved the day, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!
