Value in every penny. Vans well looked after. Unfortunately we only used 50 miles and forgot to top it back up to a full tank. We new there would be an admin charge but the bloke that I gave the keys back too had a proper attitude.

Booked and paid for a van online. Lobster cancelled the booking the next morning without any proper explanation. They said that they have 'released' the money I paid but the payment is just sitting in the pending section of my account, now for 5 days. Have emailed them THREE times and not one response. I then paid for a 2 man delivery team with their own van which was cheaper than the van hire!! Never again will I use lobster.
