Food was lovely, but two of our dishes didn't arrive and were missed off the order. Had to ask twice where they were to be told quite a while after we had finished our food they had been missed so we left it. No apology was given.

One of the worst services Iβve ever had. Plates were taken off the table half full, glasses were taken when wine was in the jag.. we had a payment issue at the end trying different cards after showing to the waitress that we clearly had enough money, then when the manager was called the first thing she said "our system is fine soβ¦". So it was funny having the manager implying we didnβt have enough money to pay in an overpriced restaurant. Definitely an attitude that I wouldnβt expect in a restaurant at London Bridge.

The food in Lobos is amazing, but this time the service was quite poor. We had a reservation but still had to wait 30 min for our table. They invited us to wait at the bar (where we had to pay for drinks until we had our table). By the time we got to our table we were offered olives and padron peppers (the peppers was then added to the bill, so we had to ask to amend it). Everything was just going down the hill, from serving the food, but not giving us plates, to spilling red wine on the table as it was being served. It's a shame, because the food is really good, but it will be hard for us to come back after this experience.
