A very expensive and primitive eye exam. Snarking from the off from John when I hadn't brought a copy of my previous prescription (I wasn't asked to do so when I booked the exam), then a blunt demand for money when I told John that I'd be getting my glasses elsewhere (Loat don't have the brand I prefer).
