Their birtherday discount clearly stated that it can be used combining with exist dicount. However, when I try to apply that, the consumer service reject that request (kindly)... It feels bad when your reasonable request was rejected by the company for money purposes. The most recent update is they applied my discount code after contacting with their consumer service, so I believe it is only a misunderstanding.

it's time to change your opinion about this store! I won't lie I was very worried about my purchase after reading the reviews. my dream since July last year was to buy a Vivienne Westwood handbag which was unavailable anywhere in the world. However, the LN-CC store sent me a notification that I had this bag, so before I thought I ordered it. later I read the reviews and was terrified, but after a week my handbag arrived to me, all beautiful, new and unique. so I thought Ok maybe I was lucky so to see if I was lucky or this store is good, a week later I ordered another Vivienne Westwood handbag! and i was right! this store, customer service, shipping and all the care is 10/10. Nothing has disappointed me, two purchases and two very successful ones, do not be influenced by negative opinions, my experience and my opinion will defend this store!

The worst experience I have ever had! They clearly do not understand the basics of customer care I purchased 6 items from the website one of which was a ROKH blazer. I was very shocked to find a cats and dog mens shirt in replacement of the blazer I ordered. Here’s what happened after contacting customer care They asked me to return the incorrect item and would not replace it with the item I actually purchased. In order to get the Blazer I was encouraged to buy another one which was more expensive as I had a discount code in the original. I was told they would look into it which they didn’t do I did purchased the item again waited a week for it to arrive and to my surprise another cats and dog shirt arrived. I then spoke to customer care again this time I was promised a exchange and compensation. After 2 days I received a email to say my request to REFUND has been accepted and no mention of compensation. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Like other reviews, I have not received a refund for my item (over £300) despite the company confirming that they have received the return and exceeding the 14 days to process a refund as stated on their own website. In light of the numerous negative reviews, I would recommend everyone to avoid at all costs. I never receive these types of problems with other fashion sites like Mr Porter, Matches Fashion, Flannels etc Edit: issue resolved but would never shop there again due to poor customer service
