    I have been doing spin classes at lmhq for a numbers of weeks now and really enjoying them .feeling I wasn't the right shape , size or fitness to be able to do it ,it was Traceys encouragement and belief in me that made me try . And she was so right with clear instructions encouragement and guidance throughout the class anybody can do it . I would highly recommend to anyone even thinking about if unsure speak to Tracey or Lee both have wealths of knowledge and given in a kind professional way .

    I attend a spin class @lmhq every Thursday which is taken by Tracey. It is high energy, Tracey makes it really fun and engages with the whole class. I absolutely love it and I regularly burn 400 - 450 calories each session. I had never done spin before this, I recommend it to anyone who wants to help improve their fitness and stamina. Also Tracey is the best instructor ❤️

Over the past few years I have been going to the gym but found myself doing the same exercises all the time and only choosing ones I liked. Doing online training with Lee whilst I was at uni gave me fresh workout plans and accountability, he did all the hard work of planning sessions, all I had to do was get myself to the gym and smash it out! So far, over two training blocks I have lost 2kg of body fat. Now I’m back home I can’t wait to get involved with some group training sessions at LMHQ and see more improvements.
