Brilliant company, so helpful the whole way through. (Although it didn’t take long!) I came to LMC as I know many people, including my own family who have used them before and have had nothing but good things to say about the company. I don’t have the best credit and was very worried as to how I would sort out getting a new car. William & Kevin helped me with viewing a car I was interested in (MG3) on Friday at last minute notice from my behalf, then I was soon booked in for a test drive on the following Monday and I was able to take the car home a little over an hour later. I arrived earlier than planned, yet they were ready for me before my appointment time, the car was clean and finance quotes were already in place. The manger was also there and offered drinks as well as frequently checking in to ensure I was happy during my wait. Very polite and very accommodating! This is absolutely a 5 star company who I will not hesitate to reccomend! Thank you to all the staff for such a quick and easy experience. I’m so happy to be driving around in my new car :)

Really disappointed/annoyed- Paid a reservation fee on a Monday and was told that I would have 3 days from then to make a decision on the car, so I went and viewed it on the Wednesday, was really pleased and liked the car. They emailed over my finance options Wednesday evening and we agreed we could talk Thursday morning to confirm what finance option I was going for, I missed the call but called in the afternoon to be told straight away they had sold the ca and we tried to call this morning- it shouldn’t have been sold without confirming with me first (as they was waiting for me to just confirm the finance option) and secondly my reservation was still in place until the EOD- so they are happy to effectively take your money and sell it to someone else that comes along anyway. Poor customer practice, really off putting and the only thing they had to say (no sorry may I add) was that the reservation fee if fully refundable and they can try to source another car

Sales team very friendly and helpful especially William. The whole purchase and part exchange deal was made easy. However would have given 5 star review except on picking the car up there was only one key which needed the battery replaced and a spare key cut which cost us £60. There was no car handbook or a service record book which will cost a further £20 to buy the books to gain the info required for the car driver now and in the future Sorry that the last part of this review is on the negative side.

Selling garbage, I think all the cars are repaired by blind people, wanting top buck for rubbish. Wasted 9 hour round trip. They are now claiming it was a 'smart' repair 🤣😂 how a complete tailgate, rear bumper and nearside arch is a 'smart' repair God only knows, £21,600 car, my advise is definitely steer clear of the Renault Koleos Paris Initiale.
