Went in to pick up some pain relief for my dad and asked the staff for some guidance as he is allergic to ibuprofen. We have never used Deep Heat because of his allergies and the pharmacist told us that it doesn't have ibuprofen in it. We picked it up and took it home and once we used it we read further on the bottle that it directly states not to use if you have allergies with ibuprofen. We are keeping an eye on him now In case we need to take him to hospital. All round terrible advice. Thanks a bunch.

Slow service. Turned up 15 mins early for my flu jab, was 3rd in the queue. Finally reached the till 5 mins after my appointment. Both customers ended telling the person serving they’d come back another time as service was taking so long. Customer in front has their personal details taken in 3 parts, 2 mins apart. Clearly inefficient or poorly-trained staff. Finally got my flu jab after waiting 10 mins after paying. Total wait to get the jab- 30 mins, 15 mins later than appointment time.
