I am still waiting for my medication from 2 weeks ago. I paid for next day delivery and nothing. I have sent 5 emails and made two phone calls and nobody has responded still. They send repeated emails asking for feedback however. I have had to refer this to my solicitor . Use a different service!

I did an online consultation. The "doctor" rejected my photos as not clear. I send other photos, they were rejected again even though photos are quite good. I politely asked to clarify how to send the photos, and then they just deleted my account!! I tried to email them but they do not have an email on their website. Looks like it will be very hard to get your monies back.
