Such a slow process especially considering this is a Macmillan Hospital. Waiting over an hour for chemotherapy is unacceptable and repeatedly being told to, "come back in 15 minutes" is shameful. Surprised this business is still going. Needs replacing with a more efficient, caring system. The only positive thing to say is that this Lloyds is 'slightly' better than the one in Bart's!
