Due to have 1st delivery of new drug on 24/4/23. Waited......no delivery! Phoned today 26/4/23, to rebook and find out what happened, just said " oh it was booked but not booked for delivery" well hello that makes no sense. So new date for this Friday 28/4/23, told the young girl if I don't get it this time I'll be furious as they was already a 4 week delay in getting it signed off and I'd be speaking to my rheumatologist.....we'll see, so so far not all impressed 🤬

100% agree with all of the negative reviews! 1 star is a complement for this company. Impossible to get hold of, can’t read a simple instruction via email when changing delivery details and then just don’t deliver the medication when suppose to. Honestly so annoying having to wait in all day for nothing. If you work full/part time expect to have to take time off work every month as there’s no flexibility regarding deliveries & they can’t even request deliveries for certain times which is ridiculous! I work 9-5 mon-fri yet cannot accept my own delivery and have to get it delivered elsewhere because they can’t give me a delivery towards the end of the day! Companies like this are suppose to ease customers who need these supplies yet they cause even more stress on top of having an illness! If I could have a different delivery company I would but Lloyds are requested by my clinic, unfortunately. If they read this I do not want your copy and pasted reply like the below reviews! I’m not one to complain over petty things but I’ve complained so many times and nothing ever gets done and no communication back to any complaints!

Seems I'm not alone in getting poor service. Just waited ages on the phone, to be told they would chase up my case and call me back. They were unable to say when, and whenever I have previously been told that they would phone me back, they never have!

At one time they seemed pretty good and reliable, things have changed dramatically recently! Today is 13th April, Bedford hospital sent my prescription through to LPHC on the 29th March for them to arrange delivery.... this has still not happened despite several phone calls on consecutive days and being told they would mark it as urgent. I do not know what to do, the call centre appears to be abroad and the call handlers say they have no power to do anything about the situation. The NHS need to look at this contract with LPCH as a matter of urgency as the country must be paying an extortionate amount of money for a sub standard service!

You can't have a time slot, they only give you an all day slot which is impossible if you are out to work and in a job where it can't be delivered to work. When I've tried to get a collection of a sharps box they kept putting in the wrong collection postcode. You don't get the text informing you of this until after the office has shut so you have to get on the phone to them the next morning. Really bad service
