For such a big bank there is only ever ONE person serving, all day, as its local, everyone wants to chat to her, she is friendly, thats all well and good but even back staff see people waiting and dont bother to come and help her, so she gets really behind, yesterdayI used the paying in machine, NEVER again, it miscounted the money and the bank were less than helpful
