Sent from Hyundai garage for assessment £54 to look at car was assured if not covered under the warranty then the money would be deducted from the repair work.Hyundai wouldn't honour the warranty and then Lloyd's refused to do the repair and said they never said I could have the money off any future work Looks like they have a nice little earner going between them. In reply it is not a panel it is a 1 inch patch of rust on the inside of a door Hyundai couldn't believe you wanted to replace a whole door I would have happily paid for a paint repair but you said you can't guarantee this so refused to do it I found out Hyundai knew warranty claim would be refused but still sent me to Lloyd's Service: Body & Trim

My 3rd time using this company over the years, the insurance company didn’t recommend, but I insisted on using them as the are excellent.. even did my oil change after the repair . Collection and delivery , updates provided at each stage of repair and John is absolutely fabulous contacting me throughout the process....Repaired to highest spec would highly recommend..
