My husband bought a second hand lawn mower, Nielsen, made in USA. Needed a replacement blade. Emailed Nielsen and Nielsen suppliers in the UK. No response. Then my husband recalled how Lloyd's in Kelso has ALWAYS been able to help him before so he went in with the old blade. No Nielsen.
