    I have Purchased Range Rover Sport from them back in July 2022, Car is very nice but when I was driving on motor ways, started getting some smoke smell in the cabin. Since I got the UK wide landrover warranty, I booked appointment with Slough Landrover (Jardine slough). I suffered a lot with them , initially they asked me to pay the diagnosis charges of £212 eventhough I should be covered through my existing Warranty, then I called the service team in Ripon spoke to Craig in service department, kindly he spoke to Landrover Slough service team and make the diagnosis removed, after 3 days , Jardine slough diagnised that the smoke smell is coming due to spill over of oil near CSOV and they said I need to pay £449 for the repair, I refused to pay since it should be covered through the warranty. Jardine slough (Lacey) is not at all co-operative and she refused to create a claim by saying that it wont be covered. Again I have consulted Michelle in Land Rover Ripon service team, she is so much co-operative and surprised that why it wont cover through the warranty. After sp much struggle, claim has been raised by Slough centre and Michelle took so much time to submit the forms for the claim to get it accepted. The Lloyd Ripon Service team (Michelle and Craig) are wonderful people to spend time on my problem, even-though I have already bought the vehicle (they can simply say we are not responsible and speak to Jardine slough). Without the help from Michelle, I couldnt have got my car repaired through the warranty. I would like to thank Michelle a lot in this regard for all her help and I would recommend 100% to go for servicing if you are near by (Unfortunately I live in london, so I cant give my vehicle for servicing). Thank you Michelle and Ripon servcing team at Lloyd Ripon. You are simply amazibng
