Lloyd Jaguar York have really gone out of their way. Buying a vehicle from Scotland was terrifying for me. Not being able to view the vehicle was no problem. Got a video sent if all areas of the vehicle. A follow up video on dispatch. When I say it was flawless, it was exactly that. They took care of every bit of paperwork, delivered my vehicle to my door and collected my part exchange. Cannot recommend Lloyd Jaguar York enough. Alex and Chris were amazing and professional. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic dealership this is found a jaguar xf and decided to travel the 150 Mile trip to view after contacting Luke the sales executive to see if still for sale. On arrival there was no pressure at all I was given a coffee while waiting for the car to be brought round was shown around it and handed the keys to test drive. On return again Luke was brilliant had sorted out a price for my px and after no pressure for a sale a decision was made to buy and collect the following week. Again great service by Luke on arrival was very professional and explained everything about aftercare service etc. with me even taking out a service package and wheel protection.
