The service at Lloyd Colne Mini was welcoming, professional and seamless from the initial phone enquiry to shaking hands with Joe and driving our new mini away a couple of weeks later. The showroom is stylish and spotless, and we were greeted warmly and offered drinks and biscuits (including our dog) before Joe took details and let us test drive one of the cars. There was no pushiness at all and Joe was knowledgeable, good humoured and patient. It was so refreshing not to have to suffer sales banter. We felt that he went the extra mile to help us, including setting up our driver profiles and phones, and carefully answering our many questions. Definitely recommended, a 10/10 service from Joe and a big thanks to all the team for being so welcoming.
