These lovely ladies and their team took over my tenancy a couple of years ago and they went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, in and out of office hours. They personally introduced themselves and ensured everything was smoothly transferred over along with any reminders etc. They truly are amazing and very professional and so so lovely. I recently moved out of the area and from the moment I inquired about how I needed to start the process, they were with me, holding my hand all the way, reassuring me, guiding me and right up to the end (over christmas!) they were there for me. I cannot highly recommend Louise and Katie and their team enough, and wish them all the very best for the future. I really will miss them all. xx

We haven’t had the easiest journey with other agents and they have completely ignored us due to previous credit issues however Alex at LK Lettings has just been nothing but amazing since the first phone call and is an absolute credit to the company. He has been amazing start to finish and did everything he possibly could to secure us our first home together and we collect the keys tomorrow! Once we had our offer accepted Louise started to liaise with us with regards to all documents and references and has been working tirelessly again to secure our new home for us.
