Kris Pindel did a really poor job of flooring at our apartment. He is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. He promised to level our floor before putting the new flooring on top. He did not level the floor properly, because it creaks in various places. He tried to fix it but couldnt. After a few months, numerous phone calls, voicemails and complaints later, he came to inspect the floor again, promised to fix it and never showed up again. Strong advise to anyone, don't use his services!! I wish I could leave him a negative star!

Simply awful quality of work and not interested in resolving the issue. The first time Kris Pindel did the floor it was moving and creaking so much that we had to ask him to redo it again. It was somewhat better the second time but it still creaks a lot in a number of areas. The worst part is that he damaged the floor with hideous yellow stains in a number of places, it looks like glue or some other kind of adhesive that's impossible to get off. We asked him to come and resolve the issue on a number of occasions and he initially agreed and then never showed up and stopped responding to us. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behaviour.

Absolutely superb. Can't recommend this company highly enough. They re-sanded my old oak floorboards in the kitchen and buffed a couple of other floors. Genuinely excellent work and fantastic to deal with. (This is 100% a real review!) Very fair prices too.
