Liz was fantastic!!!! We went to NYC which was a minefield in terms of where to stay and the wide variety of choice!! The hotel was brilliant. Liz was even available at 11pm in the UK when the transfer had not arrived at the airport. She revised the holiday 3 times and it was no issue for Liz. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
