Literally a total disgrace, they have allowed the continuous abuse of my son by his mother and fail to act when the evidence is continually played out in front of them. Comments from the team over the year such as "I didn't believe in parent alienation until this case" have not been acted on yet my son each year becomes more and more abused.

Reading other reviews and on my experience with Livingston social work department it seems everyone hits a brick wall waiting for clarification/communication on whatever social matter is been trying to get appropriate guidance/help with my mentally handicap brother for over a year it's now affecting my mental health to the extent i feel/think I'm invisible or my phone calls where my imagination.very poor communication.
