I paid for an enhanced survey and no issues were found until I moved in the Garage door had to be replaced - when I raised the issue afterwards they claimed that it was Ok when they surveyed it which give it wouldn't lock, wouldnt stay up and the rails were off the wall on one side seems somewhat unlikely. Their attitude when I raised this was poor. Very poor experience.
