Really easy to get an appointment and donate here. Staff are friendly and seem to have more time with you than in the larger centres. Pin is slightly off the mark, as the centre is next to Holland and Barrett and near Barclays.

Ill go back when shopping in The Centre. So much easier and more comfortable than the visiting mobile centres

From the lady at the door who greeted me - sorry I missed your name to Sebastian who did my form and pre checks and hooked me up, to Kirsty who kept an eye on me throughout. Such lovely people. Give blood, eat and shop. Booking on line - straightforward process. Turn up at agreed time. Wait to be called in. Usual checks. Into chair. Sitting up. Hook up. Process starts. Process finishes. Juice and biscuit. Rest for a bit. Very tight procedures for infection control. Lovely team of people too...Diane and colleagues. Positive, friendly ethos. Professional. Friendly. Efficient.
