If we could give 6 stars, we would. Lindsay, Jay and team were brilliant. Firstly the help and support to create a new duel use space in the garden from a rough idea we had was excellent. 2) Kept to our brief but expanded the possibilities and offered great design ideas. 3).Came up with money saving options. Explained at the start about material costs and let us do our own research with choices they gave us. 4) Lovely, skilled people. Having them build what they did and have on hand was great. Polite, tidy and self sufficient. Big projects can hugely cut into your personal space and so having people that we liked talking too and making drinks for and learn a lot from is great. I need to point out the project ran to time, but our 3rd child did not and came early. Being pregnant and then recovering with a poorly newborn is a very vulnerable time and these guys gave us space when we needed and still kept to time! Heavily recommend and a year on LOVE what they built. We're had horrible, nearly traumatic experiences with other builders and home projects, so these guys have restored our faith.

Living Funky have been superb throughout our multifaceted home renovation project. The renovation involved a rear extension, garage conversion, a new kitchen and multiple new bathroom installations, throughout which my wife, young daughter and I have lived on-site. Both Lindsay and Claire were actively engaged and enthusiastic about the project from the first consultation, offering us clear and accurate (as it has proved to be!) advice on the different design and build options, potential costs and likely timeframes for the project, while also respecting and seeking to work with the elements of our plans that were most important to us. Despite the upheaval we have really enjoyed the process, with all the contractors involved proving to be friendly, professional and very competent. Claire has offered us invaluable guidance on design and style throughout, and Lindsay has managed the whole project with calm assurance, communicating with us constantly and ensuring minimal disruption as we live and work on-site.
