    I was referred to a pre diabetic course with this provider in 2018. The course was a shambles from start to finish and did not provide many of the attributes promised at the outset. I emailed my GP practice at the time and feedback was made to CCG. I complained to the administration leader of the provider at the start of the course and received correspondence assuring me that the service would improve, but if anything it got worse. I’m amazed to find that 5 years later, this provider is still being used.

    I registered with LWTC on 11th November 2022 as advised by my doctor. I contacted my doctor on 17th November as I hadn't heard back from LWTC. The surgery contacted LWTC, only to be told they didn't have a coach for my area. LWTC confirmed that they had my submission, and someone would be in touch ASAP to discuss next steps. At the beginning of March 2023 I went in to my surgery to say that I'd heard nothing. I was given the phone number and email address for LWTC. I called LWTC on 7th, 9th and 10th March, leaving messages to please call me back. No one did. I emailed LWTC on 14th March but never received a response. I officially complained to my doctor about this shoddy service, but I don't know what action has been taken, but was told that it would be beneficial to complain to the service, but I fear it would fall on deaf ears. I would imagine LWTC is drawing down funding for this service. If so, is there a governing body, or an official organisation where I can submit a complaint?
