I was referred at the beginning of 2022, received nothing until October. Then they called but at the time of the call something had happened, so she said she would be more than happy to re-schedule. Instead, I got an email telling me I’d been discharged. I called them and they said I needed to be re-referred, despite being aware this is their own error. Months later I still had nothing, so I called again and they had ‘no knowledge’ of this. They once again said they’d re-refer me, I got nothing. I called again and FINALLY got another initial assessment booked, but on the day of the assessment I received no phonecall and instead an email saying they couldn’t get in touch so I needed to reschedule. Quite possibly the worst service at the time it was needed most.

Don’t waste your time. I applied for counselling in July 2022 and I don’t hear from them unless I call them! Rubbish! This company should be shut down because I generally don’t think they care about people and it definitely will start affecting people’s mental health.

Personally I had the best experience, it may have been the consultant Stuart Yates , i felt something was finally done rather than just being referred off or sent away like other services. It took months for the initial conversation but then it was only 3 weeks till treatment.

Mental health service that made my friend wait 3 months and never contacted her until she chased them, only for them to advise that they can't help because apparently being suicidal is not something they can handle. So what do you handle, stress in the workplace? How is it that we are all screaming about the importance of mental health and suicide prevention but when a person who is self-aware and needs help comes screaming for it, you make them wait months, you make them beg and send them away without as much as advice. Sucide is never something to blame on others but for organisations that are collecting funds and donations and promoting themselves on the back of people's suffering, I think we can make an exception. If my friend kills herself tomorrow, it's absolutely 100 % your fault. The "professionals" who thought it was "too much" smh

Booked an appointment and waited ages only for it to be cancelled days later. They gave a number to call to reschedule but the number doesn’t go through. This is irresponsible for a mental health service. Also, the email address literally sends spam into your inbox everyday after you initially book an appointment.
