Living room health Such a lovely environment ‘ the Open ness of the scanning suites’ Imaging with windows!! Not claustrophobic. Greeted with help all the way through to going home with the same. S scan room is superb for even a waiting guest O scan a fight to stay awake it was so relaxing - little noise you would associate with an mri. ‘Bright and fresh’ Daylight and the world going on outside whilst being scanned. Met with diary clashes but no issue. Results inside of 48hours freely distributed rather than having to assign consultants etc

Very professional and fast turnaround. I would like to have had more warning that MRI scans are not as pleasant as they sound. I think a little bit more chatting and warmth could help counter fears of claustrophobia

Very painful procedure. You will not be able to finish the process because of pain. Stay away if you have scoliosis or other back problems. Unfortunately the MRI scanner they are using is a type of an open MRI machine where the have to put some thick plastic under your body. Unfortunately this plastic thing sticks out from the bed itself by probably an inch which makes 30 minutes lying down painful and impossible to handle especially when you have back problems like scoliosis. Choose regular MRI over this machine.

From the moment of meeting staff so helpful friendly and caring .Having 2 MRI it was so relaxing music playing and all staff excellent. I asked if possible if I could have results as I was seeing a consultant the next day under the NHS with in 4 hours I had a report and all images . What an excellent service highly recommend. Thanking all the staff for making it a lovely experience .

Easy access quite area , the receptionist Sharon is highly professional and smily which is very good to comfort patients She offerd drink and was answering all our quarries thank you very much Sharon you very lovely , also many thanks to Mr deep who I annoyed with many questions and several names Clinc is very clean and quite , nurses are beautifully they kept making sure I'm fine and asked me what music I would like to listen to while my scan , I highly recommend this place Thanks deep and Sharon and nurses
