Lived in a living london property for 4 months before the landlord evicted the whole house with 1 month notice. Compounded with extortionate cleaning costs that were charged for fair wear and tear for the whole house, which was in poor quality to begin with (broken bed and leaking shower moving in, no clean moving in). You have essentially no rights with their licence to lease rather than tenancy agreement. Be very careful dealing with this company.

The best decision with a rental property ever! I had been renting my property through the traditional agents direct to tenants route and have had nothing but issues with the property and the tenants. I then got introduced to living london and it has been amazing- they take all the hassle out of owning and renting a property. They started off by agreeing a very good long rental price and then seemingly refurbished the whole property for free (and really nicely) before the tenants move in. They have a full property management and maintenance team so any issues are sorted immediately leading to happy tenants and a delighted landlord as I never hear about the issues and if I do hear anything then it is from an incredibly helpful and proactive team- highly recommended!
