Advised to try two wood burner fitters in Northallerton. Went to them both but instantly decided to go with Living Fire Centre. Great decision, from Michael coming out, help choosing the right burner, fitters being excellent, great price, what more do you want. Couldn't recommend this firm more highly.

Good until they took the deposit- then awful service throughout. We were given certain dates for installation, then they just didn’t show up. No attempt to reschedule on their part, had to ring up multiple times to chase them. Finally had it fitted to then be told the plasterer couldn’t come same day so needed to take more annual leave from work in order to enable the plasterer to come. Even though this was ordered many months ago now and fitting finally took place in early December we still don’t have our beam. Were once again promised another date for them not to show up again and turns out it wasn’t ever orders in the first place so tried to palm us off with a scratched display version. Now not responding to voicemails or phone calls. We still don’t have certification of installation or the beam. Although the stove is lovely, they initially brought the wrong bits with them when fitting. So basically failed at pretty much every hurdle. Would suggest looking else where.

Fantastic service, very professional and accommodating. Michael was very easy to deal with and came out to gives us an estimate within a day or so. The installation started sooner than we feared it might due to peak time / rising energy costs etc, which was fantastic. Glenn & Darren did an amazing job and were friendly, polite and nice people on top. There was a slight problem with the door handle (nobody's fault) but Michael and his team swiftly rearranged for this to be sorted out at no additional cost or inconvenience. I would highly recommend these guys - save yourself lots of time shopping around and just call them. You won't regret it. Thank you ! We're keeping nice and warm

We purchased and got a Flamerite arlo electric fire installed from start to finish we received 5 star service. The fire looks fantastic, and very affective the tradesmen who installed the fire were very friendly, and completed the job with no fuss, and no mess, the work was completed to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend the Living Fire Centre to anyone very professional with fantastic service at a very competitive price and the job was completed on the day that was arranged.
