Dreadful customer service. I contacted them weeks ago trying to check availability on a particular property and stating clearly that I was in the north for one week only. I was told to contact them a week before my trip, which I did and still no information on availability to view the property was forthcoming. I then chased them the whole week I was up north only to be told there were no viewings to be held this week (but they do have some availability NEXT WEEK). An absolute joke.
