Noooo. Recently, I have purchased some books thru their website with my credit card without any subscription in Dec 2022. I don't prefer subscription normally and I didn't do so too. In Feb 2023, when I checked my credit card transactions I noticed an amount drawn from my card. When I logged into my account on their website, I noticed they did same in Jan 2023. I 'suspended' it on the site. I contacted them thru email and explained the situation for refund as well as cancellation of subscription. Normally there should be a cancellation option but there was none. When I logged into account it seems they added one but not working. It returns to normal subscription page. And their phone numbers not working. I have been their online customer and have made quite purchases but it is frustrating to see such business act, which is not professional.
