Walked right in and met the audiologist named Hannah, who had the unenviable task of cleaning my waxy left ear, was a bit apprehensive as I have only ever had my ear cleaned by syringe. This was absolutely fine. Hannah talked me through the process and then it was pain free and pretty quick. Just feels like wind rushing down your ear with a bit of squeaking from the device. Definitely would recommend this place.

I got my hearing aids 2 years ago. I thought my warranty was only 1 year. But the lovely receptionist said - no, don't worry, there won't be a charge. Give me the faulty one and I will send back. I went back, after a week or so. They gave me a hearing test, adjusted my hearing aid settings and, again, no charge. I can't speak highly enough about the hearing aids, after sales service and lovely staff who looked after me. Thanks to all at The Liverpool Hearing Ctr x

Booked in for a tinnitus assessment with loss of hearing and excess noise in ears however Hannah determined problem was heavy wax build up in both ears. After session of micro suction hearing was clear. Very pleased with outcome. Thank you.

Been aware of reduced Hearing, but then ear became fully blocked, almost no hearing in left ear. Saw Lindsey, who explained everything clearly, and then quickly and easily removed large wax blockages from both ears. No discomfort whatsoever. Hearing is is so much better, even in the “good” ear. Highly recommended.
