    I need to know which cheeses all the great reviews are buying? I’ve only been three times and each time they have cut (hence charged) more than I asked for (last time 35% more!) so I obviously asked for a smaller cut (server tutted so instead of continuing to add to my order I just bought that one). And after a couple of days inedible. Can’t remember all the cheese but the one I just had to throw away was the Vintage Poacher.
