Worst service I have ever received. Wish I read the reviews before visiting Liverpool Audi. Lied to repeatedly and was told they had ‘replaced’ my tyre after it having 2 punctures in only to find out they hadn’t touched my tyre and still charged for it!! They led to believe it was replaced until another garage confirmed it hadn’t been and was the same tyre! After carrying out multiple motorway journeys on the defective tyre and Audi finally admitting they ‘forgot’ to change the tyre the most they could offer was a refund on a tyre they did NOT replace after putting my life at risk. Money that they OWE me anyway. Laughable service
