I have PCOS and have been having fertility and period issues for years, and after two month with Rachel, I have a normal cycle for the first time in my life and after two long years of trying I am pregnant!! I first went to see Rachael to seek help with my long covid symptoms. Previously, I had been really struggling, wasn’t getting any joy through my doctors and was just left waiting months on end for different referrals which didn’t seem to be going anywhere. Before my first appointment my worst symptoms were chronic migraines and severe body/muscle pain. Nothing would even take the edge off and i was miserable from not being able to sleep from all the pain. Rachael was so reassuring in that first appointment, she listened really intently and was kind and considerate. The treatment has worked so much better than I could have even expected, nowadays I’m virtually pain free and have come so far with other symptoms too. I’ve been able to take back so much of my life thanks to Rachael, my only regret is not starting sooner! 😅 I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone considering acupuncture, 10/10 service.

I have suffered from IBS for over 3 years. It severely damaged my mental health due to not being able to leave the house from fear of it flaring up. I had spoken to multiple doctors about both my mental and physical health and the best I was offered was more or different medication. I was recommended to acupuncture and within only a few weeks realised it was the best decision of my life. my Symptoms cleared up so quickly and I am now completely off my medication. Would highly recommend to anyone suffering from IBS whos actual GPS are completely useless. IBS is both mental and physical so I would also recommend speaking to your GP regarding your mental health, but for physical change please try acupuncture. Changed my life!

After being passed around numerous medical professionals over a hip and thumb injury, I never got the answers or the help I needed. I was sceptical at first about trying accupunture, but I thought 'I can at least try it' and I can honestly say, hand on heart, best decision I've ever made. All those ailments and pain were immensely improved after the first session. After a few more sessions and a year later I haven't suffered from any uncomfort since. Trust me, you'll be wondering why you haven't tried this sooner. I love my visits to see Rachel, can't recommend her enough 🙌🏽
