I came in a few weeks ago having never dyed my hair. I wanted to try something big (lilac and pink balayage) but was a bit nervous about which hairdresser to work with. The first hairdresser I consulted immediately said that she wasn’t an expert in non traditional colours and said I should talk to Red who specialises in it. This made me much more confident that I would get the look that I was after. Red who explained the process for my hair and what I could expect results wise. The next day, I spent nearly 6h in the salon late Sunday afternoon. I can safely say… OMG THIS IS THE COOLEST MY HAIR HAS EVER LOOKED. Despite the immense amount of bleaching and colour my hair is healthy and smooth. My natural curls are undamaged and my hair is not frizzy after washing it! Thank you so much Red and the Live true Vauxhall team for such a fantastic experience! I’ve included some before and after photos showing my unwashed and unstyled hair to the finished product.

Bunch of clowns firstly burned my hair with their luck of knowledge about basic service I end up with no hair burned my designer clothes as well didn’t take any responsibility then refused my appointment to fix disaster they caused strongly avoid top tier clowns in there They have luck of basic product no toners only the left over one with weird colours If you don’t want to end up with no hair avoid this live true london saloon I am not even saying most of them have to ask another hair dresser about what to do with clients hair coz they don’t have any clue how to start with colouring clients hair what kind of hair dresser is it 🤣🤣 Service: Hair coloring

I have been coming to the Vauxhall location for a few years and can't imagine going elsewhere for balayage. Gorgeous results every time. The only annoyance is they never share a breakdown receipt and I swear it somehow always ends up an extra £75-£100 I can never work out how. That definitely needs to change and they need to get transparent. I started with Lorena after following her on social and every.single.time. incredible results, including advice on what products to use between appointments. I've also had appointments with Natalie who was wonderful with stunning results and chat, too! She's also great at suggesting products to keep your hair healthy. I'm now working with Lori taking me lighter blonde. Results are amazing. She's also outrageously hospitable and makes you feel wonderful from start to finish. She also gives great cuts. Definitely jump on their Instagram to find the right stylist for you. I personally wouldn't book with a stylist without seeing their work.
