    Louise is a fantastic PT, she really takes into account you as an individual and takes time to understand what’s important to you. I liked that she understood my different moods on different days! On days where my mojo was a bit low she would act quick, take me for a run (or walk) outside knowing that a bit of fresh air and a natter always helps me out! Couldn’t recommend her highly enough

    I would highly recommend Louise. She is a very motivating PT. I have been taking her small group training classes and can honestly say no two classes are the same and they are never ever boring!! If you are looking for someone to help and guide you to get into shape and smash goals you didn’t think possible- like full press ups, pull ups (almost) then this is the place for you. Louise will help you achieve your goals!

    I used to roll my eyes at anyone who professed to ‘love exercise’. What was wrong with them? Louise changed that for me. She helped me find what I enjoyed and how feeling strong helped me mentally as well as physically. Whether it be in her private studio, online classes or boot camps in the park, Louise will always ensure you’re comfortable with the exercises and never makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Would recommend to absolutely anyone!

    Louise is a fantastic personal trainer with a real zest for motivating others to enjoy exercising. I have been training with her for about 4 months and she has got me enjoying working out with her and I love seeing the difference in my body, fitness levels and overall strength. I have worked out alongside her and she was incredibly supportive and definitely worked to make me achieve the best I physically could. I normally workout as part of a small group on zoom with Louise and I love the flexibility of being able to do it from home, or if I’m away I can simply take my laptop and weights and join in as normal. Louise is very good at demonstrating each exercise and will always go over any that we do not quite grasp first time. She is always on the end of the phone if we need any help or advice and I would definitely recommend working with her if you want to enjoy exercise and feel great about yourself!
