Truly excellent service and communication from Dan throughout the process of my Ormsby 7 string preorder. Very friendly and professional, and kept me updated despite production delays. I pre-ordered the Ibanez TOD10N from Live Louder back on the 12th of October 2022, and promptly called in to check everything was okay with my order and to confirm refund / cancellation policies in case I needed them. Dan kept me fully up to date with all the information I needed to know about my orders progress; when there was a delay to the delivery of the batch and the new estimated arrival of the guitars, and once more to confirm the delivery address once it was ready to ship. It arrived today and I couldnt be happier! Dan has offered second to none customer service throughout my entire order and I would highly reccomend purchasing your musical equipment from Live Louder without a second thought. I've been dealing with Live Louder for a little while now and it's been an absolute pleasure. I had a Left handed 8 string Ormsby on pre-order for nearly a year that I had to sadly pull out of, thankfully i was able to jump back in and Dan was amazing to deal with, got me sorted straight away, found a 5 string bass for me that he doesn't normally stock at a great price. When it turned up at the shop initially it had some fret issues. Dan messaged me straight away about it, kept me in the loop the whole time, sent it back for a replacement, set it up when the replacement arrived and it had it out to me rapidly. Customer service and attention to detail is second to none. As far as I'm concerned LiveLouder is my go to for anything instrument based from now on and if you haven't dealt with them yet, you absolutely should.

I have ordered from germany looking for a bstock or refurbished ESP E-II T-B7. Dan is super friendly and will help you along every step. The guitar is propably the best setup one I had (because I didnt do it) only the high E string didnt survive the shipping.

Incredible range of guitars, Amps and accessories. For the size of the shop it's actually quite astonishing. The owner Dan is very knowledgeable about guitars in general and is a super nice guy. If you're looking for any obscure guitars, or guitars that are slightly different to your average guitar shop - this is the place to go.

Nothing but high praise to Dan for the amazing and friendly service. Went above and beyond when it came to trying my Schecter C-7 SLS Elite and going through thoroughly on how it sounds via the Axe FX III. The Schecter had some slight fretbuzz issues (being secondhand) and with that Dan kindly discounted me to sort the repair and pointed me towards his associate Rick at Marvel Guitars which was only 3 miles away to rectify the minor issue. Rick was very helpful and pleasant so big shout-out to him too! In addition Live Louder showcase so many brands like Esp Ltd, Ibanez, Schecter, Jackson and even some brands that are not displayed in many normal stores such as Ormsby, Mayones, and Legator! Will highly recommend to anyone in search of a broad range of metal guitars. Go support your local independent stores because they're a treasure!
