The gym has changed significantly since it was taken over by Jack and Connie a few years ago. The services and staff are lovely, and they look after the gym and equipments. Highly recommend it!

I love this gym. Staff are always really friendly, chatty and polite. The equipment is very clean and the changing rooms/toilets are kept nice too. Lots of sanitising stations around. They have just had a new floor put down where classes are held. There is a barbers upstairs which I take my children too “Nate’s” and a lovely mezzanine for a more tailored personal workout by yourself, people watching below! Always a great atmosphere and music. When my membership comes up for renewal I’ll be joining for another year! Because it’s like a big hangar inside aswell, there is a lot of air flow and fresh air. In the summer the doors are lifted all day 👏🏻👍👏🏻👍
