Bought a car off them a few weeks ago, car is absolutely fine and no issues at all, however I was told I'd be getting it with 1year MOT by the Salesman and I left a deposit, when I went to pick it up the owners son said he couldn't give it 1yrs MOT as car was less than £10k price this wasn't mentioned when I went initially, also I told them repeatedly the car is a gift and to make sure the logbook is in my father's name and address which they assured me would happen, however when logbook arrived it was in my name and in my address which caused issues with TAX and putting on private plate, so guys just be a bit more professional.

Reliable and can be highly recommended. Bought a RR Evoque from them and Shinny was really helpful throughout the process. Vehicle was in good condition, serviced by them and had clear documents. The whole buying process was smooth and transparent. They delivered the vehicle to the doorstep as promised. Update after 2 months: Had a small issue with the vehicle. Had it inspected by a local garage and found out that have to carry out a small repair. Informed Fidan about it and he transferred the money for repairs without any hassle. Extremely satisfied with their customer care and upholding their word on the warranty.

Just bought my second (technically first car) from this place and I can’t recommend enough! I had bought my first car from another garage and ended up with it at a mechanic within a week only to found out it had been sold to me completely unsafe and not at all road worthy. The MOT was clearly faked! However after (eventually) getting my money back, I found LIV Motors. I was, as you can imagine, very nervous about what I would be getting. I had seen a few potential purchases on LIV Motors website and went down to look. As soon as I got there and spoke to Shinny I felt miles better already. He took me in a test drive and even more I felt better. It had only been a month since I passed my test and I wasn’t sure what I was looking at which is probably why the other garage took advantage of me but these guys at LIV didn’t once try. I’ve had my car for nearly a month now and I’ve had no issue, I even had it looked over by the garage my family use after my last experience and they said it was in a great condition for it’s age and has clearly been looked after. I got a great deal for what I got from here and the service was amazing throughout. It was very simple and they were understanding of my nerves after my experience 100%. These guys are great! Cant recommend enough.😊
