FAQ

How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?

We work with local beekeepers to source our honey and ensure its quality by regularly testing it for purity and consistency. We also have strict quality control processes in place to ensure that our honey meets our high standards.

What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?

We offer a range of honey types, including clover, wildflower, and manuka. The differences between them are based on the nectar source of the bees, which gives the honey its unique flavor and color.

Do you offer any organic or raw honey options?

Yes, we offer both organic and raw honey options. Our organic honey is certified by the Soil Association and our raw honey is minimally processed to preserve its natural enzymes and nutrients.

Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We are committed to sustainability and use practices that prioritize the health of our bees and the environment. These include planting wildflowers and other bee-friendly plants, using natural pest control methods, and avoiding the use of harmful pesticides.

What is your return policy for honey products?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their honey products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange.

Tastes of little apart from sugar. Little relevant information on website about provenance so suspect use of mass produced 'honey' from abroad

They use fake honey from Chinese factories with blended high-fructose corn syrup. Here is the proof. This company is a scam avoid the products. I bought the acacia honey from Sainsburys and have taken action to have this product they claim to be organic removed.
