Was here on a 136, staff were really nice to me however the whole place was just quite overwhelming, firstly we waited for at least 40 minutes outside with police waiting to be let in even though they knew we were there, being searched , cameras right in the toilet so no privacy etc… then went they had a mhaa I don’t really felt like they understood my situation, I was discharged straight away and I feel like they could have explained their discharge plan with me better as I wasn’t told what they were going to do to help. Not a dreadful experience considering the circumstances

Was taken to Littlemore on a 136 earlier this year. I found the care staff to be good, although it was somewhat humiliating when arrived and had to remove various items of clothing (understandably). Yet I was allowed to keep and use my phone - they even said they can charge it up if needed. I was assessed by 3 or 4 psychiatrists who decided that I wouldn't benefit from being admitted onto ward as an inpatient, so sent me home to have [hopeless] "care in the community". I later requested a copy of the psychiatric report (you have to do so in writing) and there are so many errors that I'd rather that they hadn't bothered with writing a report at all. For example, the report stated that the assessment took place 1 day after I was there. I was taken to Littlemore due to an attempted suicide that they dated several days after I was there! The next page stated that the suicide attempt was in the previous month. The incompetence is astounding!

Was let down by the system some care don't get me wrong but I wouldn't send my family there either and now they put cameras in the bedrooms without permission from the service users some staff try to wind you up deliberately I had put 2 pens in my stomach Was asking for anti biotics no one listened to me and I ended up in Jr with a bad infection the same night. I haven't even got a criminal history and I absorb people's emotions and they put me with people with forensic history's I think that's wrong.

I was in there for several weeks , I'd attempted to kill myself by slitting my throat. I found it very hard being there, the staff are tasked with a very difficult job, with very little resources, the food and drink etc that they provide is of a very low standard, again, not the staffs fault, that's down to our appalling government. 2 years after being discharged, I am struggling with the same things as before, and I'm at a loss as to know what to do, I've had very little help, and I'm currently fighting with myself, because if things continue, I'm going to end up in the same situation yet again.
