    Wish 0 stars was an option. Do not apply to work here! Staff who have contagious diseases forced into the office. Talk about health and safety being none existent. Putting other staff at risk. Gaslighting is a daily occurrence. Not welcoming or friendly as website or LinkedIn makes out clearly employee testimonials are BS and lies. Micromanagement is creating such a toxic environment. Staff who have complaints against them are still around to continue bullying and get promotions instead and proceed to get free reign and run the place like a dictatorship. Micromanaging is apparent now by said members who pick on those they have a dislike towards. No support for career development. Cannot run a business and how the companies that use them still amazes me. They should be ashamed. HR do not even provide chairs to sit on expect you to find your own! Do not care, listen or look after staff in any capacity morale is so low. Do not work or hire this company if you care about people. WFH policy is none existent if you are good at your job you are forced to be in but others can WFH. Cannot take an appropriate amount of bereavement leave it is shameful! It is clear why turnover is high when good staff are not recognized and perks get taken away instead. They clearly have no response to any of this as the only reply to good comments never to defend themselves as they know they cant
