To be very honest, we have been going to Apple Tree Farm for more than 30years and we a very disappointed that Chrostmas Trees for residential houses like ours are no longer being sold at the farm. This has been a family tradition, as for many other families and are very sad to hear of this change. We enjoy the friendly staff, getting a warm cup of mulled wine and searching for our tree. We enjoy the help for the scouts and the atmosphere that is generated at the farm. We hope that this change is for this year only.

My experience of this company is all good. It just arrived as promised and well packed. Yes, my order took nine days to arrive, but that's the way things are at the moment. I am grateful that these small family businesses are trying in these difficult times, when they could just furlough themselves and not bother. So a huge thank you from me and I will be shopping with you again !

No communication, no response to emails ! Very very poor customer service!! and very slow delivery ( if you are lucky to get what you ask for )after severals complaints to PayPal..got my money back ! Covid 19 is a poor excuse. Will never use this company again !

Dont send out items and dont answer calls or reply to multiple emails. They're very quick to take your money and thats the last you'll hear from this swindles company. Look at reviews elsewhere and you'll see how poor they are. Thankfully paypal are sorting out the dispute for me, but i understand they too cant get a reply from this place.
