I am absolutely delighted with the speed, efficiency and value for money provided by Littlediode. They are a truly professional and reliable company. Trying to find and buy obsolete components on the open market myself was almost impossible. I did have a few successes buying direct online but also some dismal failures, not to mention the long wait for delivery before finding whether I had got what I wanted or not. Abrupt, defensive, unhelpful and minimal customer relation skills. In stark contrast to my many previous dealings with Manuel. This guy Zaid? Was less than helpful and should refrain from any verbal customer contact. I attempted to place a phone order for next day delivery as I initially could not find that option on ebay. He wanted to charge me £23.99 instead of £5.95 for the part! When I questioned this, he stated it cost us too much money and time to get a person to do a manual sale and that is why ebay is a special price. He refused to complete the sale at that price and abruptly told me to order on ebay and hurriedly explained the process. An £18.50 premium to process a simple manual sale and have to endure this demeanour? I dont think so! I like to remain loyal to my suppliers, in this instance I could sense by his tone he was aggravated by my questions and highlighting the outrageous price disparity. So I immediately placed the order with a competitor (Cricklewood Electronics) who were more than happy to complete a manual sale one the phone and match their price on EBay. Note: as a business all phone traffic is recorded. I listened to this call prior to writing this review to ensure what I reported was factual.
