Emily had her first lesson last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The class fees are very reasonable and the standard of training is very good!!! The only slight negative comment I have is they are not fantastic at getting back to you quickly if you have any queries and not that easy to get hold of if you want to speak to someone in person

After months of trying to get hold of someone to book a lesson I finally got given a time and date. It is February 2022 and post-covid yet they are still using Covid as their excuse for never answering a phone and only using a text message as the form of communication, a form which does not appear to be managed properly. After such a long wait my daughter was so excited to be back in the saddle, she was up and dressed at 7! We arrived at 1215 as instructed (confirmed by the yard in text message) to be met my a gang of little girls, not one adult on site. They weren't interested in talking to us at all, they were all on a half term planned week, I'm not sure their parents realized they were left unsupervised? I had to take my sobbing daughter home again, a wasted 1hr 20 minutes round trip. It was only when I posted on their FB page about our experience that someone quickly posted a public message offering to investigate. Our experience of this business has left me utterly drained, I can only presume they dont need new customers as I was looking for weekly lessons for three children. I have never given a 1 star review ever before but I think that is is well deserved in this instance.
