What is the teacher-to-student ratio in your Montessori classrooms?
Our Montessori classrooms have a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:8, which allows for individualized attention and support for each child. How do you incorporate technology into your Montessori curriculum?
We believe that hands-on, experiential learning is essential to the Montessori philosophy, so we limit the use of technology in our classrooms. However, we do integrate technology in a thoughtful and intentional way, such as using educational apps and software for certain activities.Do you offer any after-school programs or extracurricular activities for students?
Yes, we offer a variety of after-school programs and extracurricular activities for our students, including music, sports, and art classes. These programs provide opportunities for children to further explore their interests and talents outside of the Montessori curriculum. How do you assess student progress and provide feedback to parents?
We use a variety of assessment methods, including observation, documentation, and individual conferences with students, to evaluate student progress. We also provide regular feedback to parents through parent-teacher conferences, progress reports, and informal check-ins.What is your approach to discipline and classroom management in the Montessori environment?
Our approach to discipline and classroom management is rooted in the Montessori philosophy of respect for the individual child. We believe in creating a positive, supportive, and peaceful environment where children are encouraged to take responsibility for their actions and learn from their mistakes. Teachers act as guides, providing gentle guidance and redirection when necessary.Reviews

We have had a very positive experience at Little Winners. The nursery is in a lovely setting. Our three-year old has made very quick progress in terms of writing and logical games thanks to the very caring staff that really took the time to support her! She loved going to nursery and was always so happy to tell us what she had been up to!
