Absolutely disappointed. Booked in advance and came all the way for this place. The takoyaki is acceptable. Sashimi bento set is just sad: fish scales in one of the fish, salad looks like a joke and tempuras just soaked in oil. One of the staff was really rude. Pretty sure she saw me when I tried to ask for someone. Visibly annoyed expression on her face and looked away without any response, next thing I know is being handed the bill by another staff. Was actually trying to ask for the dessert menu 🤷🏻♀️

Came here for lunch yesterday - the two course lunch menu for £8.99 seemed like a good deal. However, the food was substandard- more like a microwave meal from a supermarket. The restaurant itself was really quite dirty, with grime build up on the walls, floor and screens between tables. The toilets were also very dirty. One waiter was running around doing everything whilst two other staff members just stood at the entrance, we had to wait 15 mins to order drinks and 20 mins for the bill at the end. For two drinks, two of the lunch deals and an extra side it came to £30, which felt too much because of the lack of quality food and service. Would never go back, and would advise the owner/staff to close for a day of deep cleaning !
