Our cottage rental includes basic amenities such as bed linens, towels, kitchen appliances, and utensils. We also provide a TV, Wi-Fi, and heating/air conditioning. Outdoor amenities include a grill, patio furniture, and access to the lake for swimming and boating.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights and a maximum stay of seven nights.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the check-in date. If cancelled within 30 days, there is a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rental price?

Yes, we require a $200 security deposit to be paid upon booking, which will be refunded after your stay if the property is left in good condition. There is also a cleaning fee of $75 added to the rental price.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

We will provide you with a code to access the keyless entry system upon booking. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am. We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived and return the keyless entry code upon departure.
