As far as the wife and I are concerned this is the best play centre for under school age children in the area. You have to book for a fixed session so it never gets too busy, resulting in you getting a seat and the children have a chance to play on all the toys, slides etc. It's well appointed with toilets, tea bar etc, all clean and well laid out. Friendly staff and a secure entrance. Plenty of adjacent free parking. I would suggest that the children should be required to sit at the tables, rather than say on the floor, when eating to avoid mess and potential allergy contamination. Other than this we can't fault it.

We had the Lobster package party for our 3 year old son and he absolutely loved it. It was really relaxed. The facility is airy and really well kept. They were accommodating to provide fruit for dessert instead of ice cream and there were lovely little party games and a fabulous disco. Thank you so much for a really lovely day for our 3 year old.

Refused to move our booking for this morning, schools and nurseries are closed due to the snow yet this business is expecting people to drive with babies and young children or loose the money they have paid for the booking. Absolutely awful. Should be ashamed at even making your workers go in, in these conditions. - In response to reply; We tried to resolve this with you before we left a review, we did not ask for a refund we simply asked to move the booking. The roads may have cleared now but at 8.30am this morning when we would have left to get to you on time for our slot they certainly were not. All of our local schools and nurseries are closed. Stating that you have a full play room at mid day makes absolutely no difference to the fact that we could not get to you hours earlier due to the snow.
